Russ Howell

Principal, Finance and Development

Throughout a career spanning more than 30 years, Mr. Howell has worked with the senior management teams of corporations, organizations, and governments, successfully completing structured finance transactions and projects valued at more than $5 billion.

He has expertise in strategic portfolio planning, project development, banking and finance, and transaction structuring and execution, and has advised many Fortune 500 and Global 1000 clients, including IBM, T-Mobile, Westfield Corp., TD Bank, Johnson Controls, Manpower, USAA, Agilent, Lucent Technologies, and others.

Mr. Howell received an MBA in finance from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Princeton University.

Bruce Graham

Principal, Projects and Development

Mr. Graham has over 30 years’ experience in construction, design, and project management. He previously served as President of Projects/Design and Construction Services (Americas) for Johnson Controls, Inc., where he was responsible for a project management business with annual turnover of over $1.4 billion USD.

Leading a staff of more than 450 professionals, Mr. Graham grew his division’s gross margin at an annual compound rate of 33%. In addition to construction, project, and program management, Mr. Graham has expertise in 24V DC micro grid power distribution, LED/Energy lamp conversions, disaster response planning, special projects, business operations planning and strategy, and variable resource programs.

He is a LEED A/P, having achieved Gold and Platinum project certifications, with expertise in sustainability and “NET ZERO” design. Mr. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

He has served as Vice Chairman and Director of the EMerge Alliance, and is an active member of the United States Green Build Council, NeoCon, CoreNet Global, and the Urban Land Institute. He has been a frequent presenter, panelist, and moderator at industry events.

Camille Amidei

Principal, Operations

Ms. Amidei has more than 15 years’ experience all aspects of corporate services, bringing strong project management skills, clear, timely communication, rapid establishment of trust, and ability to break down complexity.

She previously served as Director of Strategic Consulting Services for Johnson Controls, where she provided a wide variety of services including transaction management, process design, contract management, financial analysis, real estate master planning, strategic portfolio planning, technology needs assessment, and new account implementations.

Ms. Amidei holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentration in real estate finance from the University of North Texas. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a LEED Green Associate.
