NZI Net Zero Investment is the best answer as it prides itself on it total financial flexibility such as :
1. Small and Large scale financing from $7 million Up to $700+ million for a given client in a given year
2. Wrap multiple initiatives into a single program
3. Client receives 100% of net save starting immediately
4. Longer term contract results in lower monthly cost
5. Smooth cost and savings profiles
6. Cash up front
7. Pay for desirable non-energy add-ons 10. Low or no early payments
For example, typical ESCO offerings make the customer wait years to realize savings. Behavioural impacts on performance can lead to disputes. Limitations on funding favour smaller, one-off implementations.
On the other hand, self-performance requires hard-to-get capital approvals, specialized skills, diversion of management bandwidth, and distraction from “running the business.” Our client, Graecrest Energy Solutions LLC was founded to fill this void with a unique solution: Net Zero Investment Program® (NZI).
Graecrest is a team of professionals who have known each other and worked together over many years, to the successful completion of projects and transactions valued at more than US$9 billion. Experience is vital and they have plenty. Net Zero Investment Program® is a turn-key solution for large energy projects.
Graecrest is an energy project developer and integrator. Graecrest brings management, program, and financial expertise together with institutional capital to create optimal solutions for its clients' energy efficiency goals, providing large-scale, fully funded energy conservation measures through its Net Zero Investment™ (NZI) program.
By means of an innovative contract structure and funding strategy, Graecrest enables the rapid deployment of projects up to $700 million, on a whole portfolio basis, without any up-front investment from the end user's perspective. Virtually any capital-intensive energy project is suitable for the NZI approach; examples include city-wide LED streetlight conversion, building lighting and controls systems, central plants, distributed storage, and large solar PV installations.
The NZI concept provides better economics than more familiar market offerings because it makes no claim on savings, so the end user reaps the full benefit immediately, and throughout the contract term..
